The Process

If you like what you see and are interested in booking a session, click on our contact page and fill out an enquiry form. When I've received that we schedule a 15-minute call so we can learn more about each other.

To reserve your session, you’ll need to sign up for a date, sign a contract, and put down a non-refundable 50% deposit. The other 50% is due two weeks before the session.  Once you’ve booked your session, we’ll begin the planning process! I’ll send you your complimentary gift and a session guide that includes what to wear, what to bring, and what to expect. 



It’s time for the FUN part! We’ll meet up at the location of our choice. I prefer to shoot during golden hour (dawn or dusk). Make sure to bring all of your outfits, cap and gown, and any props you want to use. Feel free to bring a loved one along to hype you up during your session. 




The day after your session, I’ll send you 3-5 images as a teaser of what’s to come. Then I will get started curating a beautiful gallery of photos that celebrates your time on the Forty Acres. You'll receive your digital gallery in around 4 weeks. You can also purchase graduation announcements, prints, and fine art albums from my online store.

What is your turnaround time?

The entire editing process typically takes 2-3 weeks, with a one-month max turnaround time during peak seasons. I also send you sneak peeks within 48 hours that you're welcome to use for graduation announcements if you're on a deadline.

How and when do I pay for my session?

I require a 50% non-refundable payment to reserve your session date. The rest must be paid two weeks before your session. I’ll send you a digital invoice that’s payable by card or wire transfer, and I’m flexible with payment plans. 

What if we need to cancel or reschedule my session?

If you’ve already paid for the session, then your initial payment is non-refundable. I will try my best to accommodate a new date, but if I’m already booked on that day, then your first payment is still non-refundable. If I have to cancel on you, I will refund the full cost of your session and recommend you 3-5 photographers in my place.

When should I book my senior session?

I only take on 15 seniors every semester, and spots fill up! For the spring season, I suggest you book your session by mid-February. For the fall, book your session by August. 

Can I share a session with a friend?

You can add one person to a 2-hour or 3-hour session at no extra charge. It is $350/person to add on more seniors than that.

How do you deliver final images?

I use a gallery-sharing website called Pic-Time. You can download your final photos in bulk or one at a time in high-res or web-ready sizes. It will be password-protected but easily shareable with friends and family.

Will I see every photo you take at my session? 

Nope. To honor the integrity of my work and of this industry, what you see in your final gallery is what you get. You didn’t just hire me to take your pictures—you hired me to curate the final product. By only sending you select images, I am saving you the time and energy it takes to sift through the hundreds of photos taken during the session. It’s super important that we trust each other when we enter into a contract—so trust me when I tell you that the images I deliver will be the best of the best.
