These graduation photos at the University of Texas at Austin were scheduled during my favorite time of year — bluebonnets season! I love watching all of the wildflowers bloom in the Cactus Garden in East Mall, as well as finding out what flowers were planted around Littlefield Fountain.
I had so much fun with Rebecca and her parents while taking her University of Texas graduation photos. I always encourage my seniors to bring along friends or family to cheer them on and share the joy of this momentous occasion. Rebecca’s parents even joined in for a few photos and now they have gorgeous mantel-worthy family photos in addition to senior portraits.
For Rebecca’s session, we did the full “tour” of campus. We started in front of the UT Tower, made our way down to Littlefield Fountain, and then made the trek to the DKR Stadium seal. As usual, it was quite the workout, but entirely worthwhile to have a diverse range of locations around campus.
The sooner, the better! In 2023, graduation happens earlier than in previous years. I recommend scheduling your graduation photos before mid-April, which means you need to book your session as soon as possible.
